That's right!  You heard it here first!  Amber Karson Events is now...

We are so excited to share the exciting transformations we've been working on with the world!  For months we've been building a new brand from the inside-out with the help of many talented individuals (Ross, Victor, Alex, Lara, Emily, Evan, Maria, Mary Laurel, Jenna & Elizabeth - we couldn't have done it without you!)  They challenged us to build not only a visual identity reflective of us, but also a brand foundation to build upon and withstand the wonderful things ahead of us.

  1. New Name - While we were a little hesitant at first to change our name, we knew we needed something that better reflected the two of us and our story.   Although our existing clients knew we are a twin sister team, just having
Amber listed in our business name didn't fully explain our unique duo-approach.  Now, we are both represented!

  2. New Logo -  We just love our new logo!  We spent a good amount of time finding the perfect symbols to represent us.  The two hand illustrated flowers are poppies - a nod to our home state's official flower, the California poppy.  This flower is especially significant to us - we always had CA poppies in the garden growing up as kids - they are a resilient and beautiful bloom.  Despite hard conditions they always returned year after year bigger and better than before.  The poppy also reminds us of our Grandpa Butler who was very active in our small town's VFW post throughout his lifetime.  We have fond memories of helping to distribute the VFW's Buddy Poppy to raise money for disabled vets - an activity we always looked forward to each year.  For these reasons, the poppy seemed to be the perfect fit for our new logo design!

  3. New Website & Blog - We wanted our new website to better tell our story, give readers an insight into our vast experience, and an insight into our personalities.  Oh, and of course, we wanted to share a sample of the amazing we events we have been privileged to work on, too!  We also hope you love our homepage video as much as we loved working on it.  Huge thanks to the team at Wonderland Weddings for spending time on both coasts with us to film and to the wonderful photographer friends featured on our site who graciously share their work to help us share ours.   Lastly, be sure to check out our new blog -- which will be updated regularly with the latest behind the scenes happenings, planning tips, and much, much, more!!

As a reminder, here is what our site looked like before:

...and after:

We are so excited and hope all of you love the new name, logo and website as much as we do!
